We will come together to honor the darkest moment of the year with presence & intention.

In the first part we are going in to reflect on the closing solar year, digesting, integrating, letting go.

In the second part we are going to let ourself dream & set intentions for the opening new year.

A journey through stillness, gentle somatic movement, journaling - solo time interwoven with group connection moments.

What to bring:

-closed bottle with water / tea,

-journal

-wear cozy clothes that you can move in

-optional: yoga mat / blanket /cushion for comfort on the floor
